You’d think this didn’t have to be said over and over and over, but apparently some food service (and retail) folks are either poorly trained or just plain un-trainable. Check out the link/video below.
I’ll say this once more: never write anything online, on a receipt or even a dang cocktail napkin you wouldn’t be comfortable with the whole world seeing. Business owners, I know this is common sense, and you’d assume grownups wouldn’t do stupid crap like this–but you should never assume…
Remember, it’s up to you to train your staff not to do this stuff. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of PR cure.
