AGPR Welcomes Parker

AGPR is pleased to welcome Brooke Parker as a public relations associate.

Brooke is a student at the University of Central Missouri, where she will complete her bachelors degree in Public Relations this May.

“AGPR has developed a reputation for attracting the very best in up-and-coming PR talent, and Brooke is no exception,” said Alex Greenwood, AGPR principal and founder. “We’re looking forward to Brooke’s perceptions, creativity and energy as we move deeper into a hybrid public relations and inbound marketing model for our clients.”

“I consider myself a writer and never wants to lose sight of words and their power,” Brooke said. “However, I have a strong
focus on finance. I think this makes my public relations efforts different than most. For me, thinking strategically means understanding the bottom line while carrying creativity and smart approaches alongside.”

Brooke is Vice President of the University of Central Missouri’s Public Relations Student Society of America chapter and a reporter for the school’s newspaper. She was elected to run Sigma Kappa’s social media accounts and helped a candidate win Homecoming Queen through strategic and thoughtful efforts. On Saturday afternoons, Brooke enjoys taking long drives with no destination, listening to Pink Floyd and trying cheeseburgers from local establishments. Brooke has learned much about life by sleeping in a tent and strives to have awesome conversation with strangers.

“I’m definitely a type A personality and a complete extrovert,” Brooke said. “I’m ready to get to work at AGPR!”
